The CX 200 Portable Director II is now available in Japan. This device reportedly jams the popular Japanese cell phone frequencies for 70 seconds. You can buy one (in Japan) for $71 in U.S. greenbacks.

I don't know what the cx-200 costs, but these go for around 220USD, and look like real phones. They also claim to be rechargeable, portable, and very compact. It looks cool: http://www.techgadgetz.com/cjama.htm
